[to any designers reading this, i realize i'm preaching to the choir. this is an attempt to convince the unaware to take IE6 out behind the shed old yeller style.]
a lot of groups of people have hated Microsoft for some reason or another over the years. there’s the Apple fans that blame them for stealing their structure of an operating system and monopolizing it, the software developers who hold a similar grudge to the Microsoft Office software suite, and most recently, the web designers who are forced to pull their hair out trying to cater to (what i would call “broken”) Internet Explorer 6.

by now in my life, there is just too much stuff to do and keep track of to rely on my limited brain, so natural i turned to google-searching to find the right software solution. i’m pretty sure i have tried about every to-do list (a.k.a. GTD) program out there, and my current favorite by a pretty large margin is things, by cultured code.

as many of you friends know, i recently got an iPhone and can’t shut up about it or put it down. having internet everywhere is amazing, but the edge network is slow and the screen is small, so most sites are not ideal to browse on the iPhone. this week i have been on the prowl for sites optimized for the iPhone’s screen and memory.
